Parc d'Hesdin 1 bis

The Hesdin 1 bis wind farm, operational since March 2018, features 6 MW of Vestas turbine capacity strategically positioned in the Pas-de-Calais department. Developed by Virya Energy (ex-Eurowatt), this installation represents a measured expansion of the company’s presence in the Hesdin area, building upon established relationships with local communities and proven wind resource assessments. The compact scale of this project demonstrates that renewable energy developments can be tailored to specific site conditions and grid requirements. Vestas technology was selected for its versatility and reliable performance, ensuring consistent energy production while maintaining minimal environmental impact in this predominantly agricultural landscape.
