Parc de la Crémière [Quéant]

The Crémière wind farm, located near Quéant, became operational in June 2019 with 13.2 MW of Vestas turbine capacity. Developed by Virya Energy (ex-Eurowatt), this installation takes advantage of the Pas-de-Calais region’s excellent wind resources, particularly benefiting from the area’s unobstructed terrain. The Vestas technology deployed here features enhanced performance in medium to high wind speeds, common throughout this part of northern France. Virya Energy’s collaborative approach with local stakeholders ensured seamless integration of the project into the regional landscape while maximizing economic benefits for the community through long-term land lease agreements.
