Frésénius Fenwal

Fresenius is an industrial company specializing in healthcare and medical equipment. Its site in Loches (36) had significant energy consumption (4 GWh/year) and potential for solar photovoltaic installations. Sunopée designed, financed, and deployed a ground-mounted solar plant and a parking canopy installation. 90% of the production is self-consumed by Fresenius, representing nearly 25% of its annual energy needs. This project was completed under an off-balance-sheet contract with variable rent by Léon Grosse Énergies Renouvelables.
