Flora by Woodeum

The Flora project is a timber and low-carbon development designed by Woodeum that integrated 1,700 m² of offices, 700 m² of commercial space, and 88 residential units, creating social diversity within a single low-carbon building. The E3C2-certified project combined renewable electricity production from solar panels with a connection to the La Défense district heating network, which is powered by more than 50% renewable energy.
