Léon Grosse Construction and Léon Grosse Renewable Energies worked together on this Design-Build project for the energy renovation and densification of the Evry Administrative Complex. The solar installations on the building rooftops enable a reduction in the prefecture’s electricity bills as well as an optimization of the building’s energy performance.
