We are planning the installation of a geothermal heat pump system (200 kWth) with 44 boreholes, covering 92% of heating needs and 100% of cooling needs. The energy produced amounts to 480 MWh/year for heating and 36 MWh/year for cooling, for an investment of €600k carried by the company Voé.

In addition, we are installing 1,800 m² of photovoltaic carport canopies with a capacity of 188 kWp for self-consumption, producing 220 MWh/year, with an investment of €350k. This investment makes it possible to guarantee an energy price of €140/MWh over 25 years.
