HQ DRSD Malakoff

This project, completed as a design-build by Léon Grosse, aims to consolidate the DRSD’s core business activities in a 17,000 m² building with 646 parking spaces. Comprising offices, an auditorium, workshops, and laboratories, it incorporates stringent safety and security requirements.
The applied environmental and energy approach is ambitious and is reflected in an E3C1 Energy Carbon label, notably including photovoltaic energy production implemented by Léon Grosse Énergies Renouvelables.
